My eight year old female dog has started leaving wet spots behind when she gets up. The vets cant find anything wrong and think it is down to her age and because she has been spayed.
I am unsure about giving her medication from the vets as most come with possible side effects (eg high blood pressure).
Does anyone recommend any natural products or have they tried medication with no side effects happening.
Also I wondered if incontinence is due to the muscles becoming weak if its possible to build these up again with some kind of exercises?

"Incontinence" as described in Nichomachean ethics as a person who has a hard time controlling urges of all kinds--sexual, food, etc.
Doesn't meditation eliminate incontinence and create virtuous noble persons who do not fret or get bothered by sexual urges?
All your replies indicate the accessiblity of meditation and its corruption.

my elderly wife has suffered several small strokes which left her with excessive incontinence. Have not found anything on-line to control the odor.

I have a son, also with incontinence who is five years old, but he is too young to change his own diapers. He is becoming embarrased when he is at school and he has to have the teacher change his diaper. How can I help him as well?
